Gently pull the medical-grade silicone ear adapter off the device. The adapter can be cleaned with lukewarm water, but must dry completely before reattaching it. Water must never come into direct contact with the electronics housing or the internal enameled copper wire coils.

Drying and storage

Leave the battery compartment open overnight or place the unit with an open charging port in a dry storage box. This allows absorbed moisture to evaporate, protecting delicate contacts and noticeably extending the amplifier lifespan.
