Frequently Asked Questions
which silicone tip fits my ear
Each device comes with several silicone tips in sizes S, M, and L. Start with the medium size to check the fit. The tip should sit securely in the ear canal without pinching.
how do I clean the earpiece properly
Gently pull the silicone tip off the housing and wipe it with a dry cloth. Use the included small brush to remove small dust particles from the sound tube. Never submerge the main device in water.
can I pay for the order at the door
Yes, we offer cash on delivery directly upon handover by the courier. Please have the invoice amount ready in exact change if possible. Alternatively, advance payment via bank transfer is available.
will I receive a proper invoice showing itemized tax
A printed invoice is included with every shipment and can also be provided as a PDF by email. All billing and delivery address details will be listed according to your order data. A separate printout can be requested at any time.
what happens if the device does not fit
You can return unused goods in their undamaged original packaging to us within 30 days. After arrival and inspection in Freiburg, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account. For hygiene reasons, earpieces that have already been worn are excluded from returns unless there is a technical defect.
how long do the batteries last in the hearing amplifier
Depending on the set volume and operating time, a standard cell lasts for several days of regular use. Turn off the device via the battery compartment when not in use to reduce power consumption. Replacement batteries of the appropriate type are widely available in retail stores.
