45-day refund guarantee

Your return period lasts 45 days from the date of delivery. This window applies whether a device has a defect, was packed incorrectly by mistake, or you simply changed your mind.

Return conditions

Defective or damaged in transit: We will provide a working replacement or refund the full purchase price including initial shipping costs. Please attach photos to your message.
Wrong model in the box: We will send the correct item right away and arrange the return of the incorrect parcel at our own expense.
If you change your mind: the product must arrive back unused, in its original packaging, and with intact seals. You cover the return postage, and original delivery costs are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot re-offer opened ear care products and hearing aids. Returns are excluded unless the item is defective.

For reasons of health protection and bio-safety under Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), all items with a broken hygiene seal are excluded from return. This applies particularly to ear canal tips, cleaning drops, ear sprays, and used care tools.

How returns work

Notify us within 45 days of receipt: by email to [email protected] or by phone at +49 761 22028397, stating your order number, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged.
Within one business day, you will receive the appropriate return address and a case reference number.
Pack the product securely in its original box, include the note with your case reference number, and seal the package well.
Drop off the package and send us the tracking number by email. Please keep the postal receipt until the refund appears in your account.

Refunds and processing time

Upon receipt, we inspect the item within 3 business days and notify you of the credit note by email. The refund is issued via the original payment method: for cash on delivery, we transfer the funds to your specified bank account; for prepayment by bank transfer, to the original account. Bank processing usually takes 1-5 business days.

Exchanges and cancellations

If you would like to try a different model, please return your current item and place a new order. We will refund the purchase price right after inspection. Cancellations before shipment are free of charge: a quick message with your order number to [email protected] is all it takes.
