Yes, we offer cash on delivery directly upon handover by the courier. Please have the invoice amount ready in exact change if possible. Alternatively, advance payment via bank transfer is available.

A printed invoice is included with every shipment and can also be provided as a PDF by email. All billing and delivery address details will be listed according to your order data. A separate printout can be requested at any time.

You can return unused goods in their undamaged original packaging to us within 30 days. After arrival and inspection in Freiburg, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account. For hygiene reasons, earpieces that have already been worn are excluded from returns unless there is a technical defect.

Depending on the set volume and operating time, a standard cell lasts for several days of regular use. Turn off the device via the battery compartment when not in use to reduce power consumption. Replacement batteries of the appropriate type are widely available in retail stores.
